TownHall
Jamie Townsend and Gerard Hallaren formed
TownHall. Each with more than twenty-five years' experience developing and
employing industry research in the investment research process. Since 2007,
we have built the research product and developed a large network
of analysts who regularly contribute to TownHall's research product. Having
built a strong track record and solid base of institutional clients, TownHall
has recently expanded and added a research sales effort headed by Ted Banzhaf.
Ted has more than 20 years’ experience in the investment business both on the
institutional sales side and on the issuer side.

Jamie previously served as President and CEO of SoundView Financial Group. He was
part of the original team at SoundView that delivered one of the first research
products on Wall Street that incorporated traditional investment analysis with
industry experts and consultants. SoundView enjoyed a proprietary relationship
with Gartner Group, the worlds’ leading IT consultant firm, enabled Jamie and
his team to establish SoundView as one of the leading research sources for
differentiated and consistently forward-looking research in the technology
industry.

for a number of firms, but the bulk of his career was at Raymond James Financial
where he opened the firm's first institutional branch office in La Jolla,
California. Subsequently, Ted served as President & CEO of SpatiaLight Technologies, a
division of SpatiaLight, Inc., a public semiconductor manufacturer, from 2003 to
2007, where Ted experienced Wall Street, institutional investors, and the
challenge of increasing shareholder value from an issuer’s perspective.

Through their combined experiences in industrial
and institutional research, Jamie, Ted and the rest of the TownHall team have repeatedly
demonstrated that superior research in high growth technology driven industries
stems from a combination of industry expert input and disciplined securities
analysis. TownHall delivers differentiated

continues to be, the hallmark of the company's efforts. |
